CITTA - Himachal

CITTA - Himachal is a 5 night, 6 day holistic fitness retreat where I use various forms of movement, meditation and mental activities amidst nature to help you feel stronger, physically & emotionally.

Venue:

The Mirage is a boutique heritage homestay in a lush, quiet setting offering stunning views. Set in idyllic Andretta village, it is the perfect space to relax and rejuvenate. The property consists of traditional Himachali mud houses lovingly restored to an inviting retreat. The property also boasts a heated swimming pool, steam room and yogshala.
